1. Checking document completeness and validity of non-hospitalization claims

2. Analyze and provide decision non-hospitalization claims.

3. Provide letter regarding claim decision.

4. Provide summary for reassurance referral.

5. Coordinate with other team to communicate with customer and resolve customer complaints.

6. Involve in system testing.

7. Ad-hoc project regarding non-hospitalization claim.

8. Attend as witness in police station for claim related cases.
