You'll develop your team and create an environment that brings out the best in culinary team. You'll ensure consistency and high quality in food taste, temperature and presentation. You'll ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times. You'll control budgets with a specific focus on food and labor costs. You'll build strong, trusting and respectful relationships with our suppliers. Qualifications Your experience and personality add that certain something extra ... You've a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. You're up for doing things differently and creating changes. You're able to be efficient and productive in a dynamic environment. You're confident in working with other teams and leaders.
