**POSITION: Exhibition Sales Manager****Job description**- Call corporate companies daily in high volume to participate as paid delegates for our conferences from both local & and international.- Be responsible for recruiting and managing domestic buyers, importers, and distributors in Indonesia to attend meetings with international exporter companies- Identify clients' needs, maintain the relationship (mostly with senior positions) & increase the revenue with existing clients, and deal with day-to-day clients' requirements.- Search and evaluate new prospects, build up company database, market research, and develop relationships with potential clients in order to expand the customer network and the company's market share in the local industry.- Coordinate closely with the Asia Events Group international team for recruiting visitors as well as reaching out to companies to participate in our events.- Closely coordinate with the Operation Department in all operations matters and with the Marketing Department in promotional activities, and coordinate with the Finance team for timely and correct invoicing.- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports, monitor after-sales services, and compile and analyze sales figures for regional sales reports.- Directly report and assist the Indonesia Country Manager in various matters of sales and buyer recruitment and any requirements related to Asia Events Group projects.- Occasionally required to visit relevant physical exhibitions in Indonesia to approach new and existing clients and travel overseas while coordinating hosted buyers from Indonesia.- Recruit and assist in coordinating Indonesian exporter companies to join trade delegations and business matching events- Contract could be either renew or convert to full-time permanent employment based on performance evaluation by the management.**Requirements**:1) Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia2) A university diploma, major in business administration is a plus3) Minimum Two (02) years experience in a sales position (Telesales)4) Minimum Two (02) years experience in cold calling corporate companies5) Strong customer-centric skills6) Strong interpersonal skills, presentable7) Able to work under high pressure to achieve personal goals8) Target and goal-oriented and is self-starter9) Able to start immediately will be a great advantage**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 3 months**Salary**: From Rp6,351,500 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Cold Calling Corporate: 2 years (required)- Exhibition sales: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa Indonesia (preferred)Application Deadline: 10/30/2023Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
