Persyaratan

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from Supply Chain / Business Administration / Logistic Management or related.

2. Preferably those who have 1-2 years of experience in Export-Import field with capabilities and knowledge of export & import policy and must be update to every Ministry of Finance Regulation (PMK).

**3. Required Skill(s)**: Strong analytical skills with full attention to details and compliance based on Customs Regulation

4. Experienced or good knowledge in Export-Import, handling shipment, and/or coordinating with related stakeholder.

5. Build good communication with internal team and other division.

6. English Active is an advantage.

7. Will be placed in West Jakarta (Slipi, Jakarta)

Tanggung Jawab

**Responsibilities**:
1. Complete import administration document, from checking and revising draft doc until issued final from Suppliers based on Customs regulation and compliance.

2. Will be responsible for monitoring import documentation and assist EXIM Manager with daily functions.

3. Prepare and submit Laporan Realisasi Impor API-U via Kemendag website.

4. Familiar with entry data PIB/PEB using CEISA 4.0 and Modul PIB/PEB, also checking detail PIB/PEB.

5. Process input/entry data for all shipments and update shipment data to EXIM system.

6. Coordinate with team on all problems and conditions that occur as an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and work results or other matters that need to be coordinated.
