**Job Deskripsi**
- Checking import or export documentation for raw materials, machines, spare parts, additives, packaging with regulations (quarantine, KITE, etc)
- Coordination and monitoring forwarder / PPJK/ express courier to submit and do clearance documents
- Prepare documentation and letters for clearance process
- Filling import documentation for audit preparation
- Create PR & PO in ACCPAC for raw material import & import services
- Submit and monitor Request for Payment from seller/supplier/forwarder/PPJK/express Courier regarding importation to Finance & Accounting team (AP)
- Sharing schedule stuffing & monitoring the stuffing process with the operational team
- Collect & monitoring document PEB from forwarder & handover to Tax Team

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Male/Female and min. Diploma Degree
- Experience in export and import position min. 2 years
- Expert in import & export process and regulations
- Having good relationship with customs, quarantine, forwarders & PPJK
- Good in communication skill (English must have, Mandarin have preferable)
- Fast learning, conscientious, quick action, high spirits
- Having PPJK Certificate and PIB/PEB knowledge is preferred
- Have good computer, active communication and interpersonal skills
- A person with high mobility is required
- Multi-tasking and detail oriented
- Accustomed to facing pressure in the expedition/cargo sector
