**The opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and ensure all the account payables approval can deliver within SLA to all vendors.
- Ensure accounting journal posted for daily expense transactions and monthly journal for closing deadline.
- Ability to understand and analysis financial statement (Income Statement and Balance Sheet accounts) relating to expenses and its accounting flow.
- Perform accounting reconciliation between multiple sources and different accounting system.
- Strong communication skills with Business Users both written and verbally to be able to meet Finance deadline.
- Manage external auditor for the annual financial audit and ensure the completeness, accuracy and reliable of data.
- Ad hoc tasks.
**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor-Degree with major Finance or Accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years-experience as expense controlling in Insurance Industry
- Good communication skills and able to work collaborative with others department.
- High concern for order and quality; accuracy, work standards and timely delivery of service.
- Willing to learn.
- Proficiency in Bahasa and English
