Experience Level

**Requirements**:

- Experienced working in public company is must.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/ Assistant Manager specializing in Law/ Legal Services or equivalent.
- Having experience in making contracts, business cooperation agreement (JV), merger & acquisition, and IPO.
- Computer literate and good communication in English is a must (both oral or written).
- Mature, detail, trustworthy and well-organized.
- Must be willing to work in **East Jakarta**
**- Handling wide range of legal related matters ranging form drafting to reviewing regulation, agreement and any contract that are related to company both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Assist to provide legal advice, guidance or analysis on all kinds of legal matters related to the business process.
- Prepare the GMS of the company and subsidiaries accordance with the articles of association and legal regulation in force in Indonesia.
- Monitoring the license and legal document of the company.
- Control and store document company and business licenses of the company.
- Coordinate with external parties such as notary public, external legal consultant, OJK, and government institution and/or any other third parties, as required to take care of matters related to legal policies in companies and affiliated companies
