Experience Level

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma, preferably Tourism & Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management graduates or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor or Shift Leader in restaurant or Hospitality Experiences
- Must be a highly and committed individual
- Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable
- Full time position, willing to work in shift time

**- Monitor and verify the implementation of procedures and ensure that operations meet agreed standards.
- Review F&B services to ensure all guests feel welcome and receive excellent service at all times to increase customer satisfaction.
- Reviewing the quality of F&B to be served to meet food and beverage presentation standards.
- Monitor sales, service, and restaurant and banquet quality to achieve desired results.
- Prepare monthly reports on F&B sales and operational activities for management evaluation.
