**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree major in Law
- Min 2-4 years experience in Retail or Mall
- Having knowledge and understanding of Retail Law
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Placement at Plaza Summarecon Agung (Jakarta)
**- Carry out legal work in accordance with existing assignments.
- Carry out the documents and legal records (company records filling).
- Building good relationships with tenants, in-house lawyers/legal representative tenants/contractors/suppliers at unit mall.
- Reviewing the results each legal department's letter in the Investment Property (IVP) area, related to legal letter and agreement between tenants, contractor, suppliers & event organizers,and giving the review.
- Controling the calculation system for the Service Legal Agreement (SLA) in each IVP area and compiling the results of its achievements.
- Controlling the implementation of the expiry tenant list and its implementation, and compiling the results of its implementation.
- Controlling the implementation of the list of expiry date Intellectual Property Rights in the IVP area and its implementation, and compiling the results of its implementation.
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws & regulations that may impact the organization and provide legal research as needed.
- Assist all departments in unit mall to solve legal's issue in company from tenants, vendors or mall's visitors.
