Experience Level

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SMK or diploma, preferably Tourism & Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management graduates or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Captain or Shift Leader in restaurant or Hospitality Experiences
- Must be a highly and committed individual
- Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable
- Full time position, willing to work in shift time

**- Perform and oversee daily operational tasks efficiently
- Provide excellent customer services
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Control and ensure the accuracy of goods ordered and maintain personal or kitchen hygiene in each section
- To ensure consistency in food quality in accordance with the standard procedures, food safety and hygiene standard.
