You're an excellent communicator, nimble, organized and adaptable.**Please Submit a link to your cover letter, digital portfolio with resume to be considered for this role.****The Role**:- Contributes to our company-wide visual strategy for internal and external visual communication activities, products and initiatives- Develop visually compelling materials, guided by our corporate brand guidelines, for marketing, advertising, and the web- Design Web site and have UI/UX knowledge- Create and design creative concepts for clients' print and online marketing deliverables- Assist with the development of websites as required- Update website content as required- Assist with social media post designs and implementation tasks- Reports to the Manager and closely collaborate with the creative team and marketing team- Work with the creative and marketing teams to generate marketing ideas ongoing- Manages tasks and priorities as part of a creative team working within project schedules and deadlines- Deliver timely solutions according to the clients' needs and objectives- Communicate with clients in a clear, concise, and timely manner- Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Provides graphic design consultation to peers, middle management and executives.- Works collaboratively with creative professionals to create appropriate visual communication solutions that align with business needs- Manages, in an organized manner, the design files and assets within a defined process- Contributes to strategic communications and marketing planning including the implementation of initiatives and tactics**Who You Are**:- Have 2-5 years of experience at a creative agency or in-house brand team- Advanced understanding of typography, grid, layout, and colour- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite- Calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity- Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter- Clear and effective written and verbal communicator- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced design environment- The ability to self manage and exercise stellar time-management skills- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in graphic design or related visual communication design field is an asset- Motion Graphics and Animation experience is an asset- Web Flow / Figma experience is an asset- Wordpress Development / Web Development is an asset**ABOUT 12 CREATIVE**12 Creative is full service creative marketing agency based in Edmonton, Canada.We are marketers, designers, business strategists, and creative problem solvers that specialize in branding, web design, real estate marketing, digital advertising, and social media strategy.
