S1 from reputable university At least 5 years working experience as Export and Import Manager, preferable experience in Food Industry Age 30 - 45 years old Having a good knowledge about export and import documents and regulations Undestand Mandarin and English Language is a must (verbal and written) Excellent in computer literate Highly motivated, loyal, disciplined,meticulous and responsible Strong communication skills & able to work as a team Independent and thrustworthy person Willing to work in Bogor & Purwakarta Able to work under pressure and deadlines Willing to work overtime if needed Responsibilities :
Responsible to all export and import duties, including labeling, custom clearance, shipment tracking, etc Communicating with customers regarding their order's status and shipment. Provide accurate export and import documents (invoice, packing list, etc) Provide export and import weekly report Ensure all export and import documents compliance to government regulation and requirement.
