**Position: Export Sales / International Business Development**

**Location: On-site (**_PT Mega Global Food Industry_**)**

We are KOKOLA, a manufacture biscuit and wafer from Indonesia. For over 40 years, KOKOLA has been establishing its position as one of the best biscuit manufacturers in Indonesia.

Supported with a clear vision of further International expansion, KOKOLA has penetrated the global market by exporting its product to more that 50 countries worldwide and counting. KOKOLA also established several International Offices located in Singapore, Vietnam, Nigeria, China and Philippines in 2019 which will be the pillars of the global distribution of KOKOLA Brand.

**Role Overview**:
As the International Business Development at KOKOLA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's global expansion effort. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of motivated professionals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of a forward-thinking company in an exciting industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enter and penetrate target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin.
- **Active English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must**.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the same position and related field is required for this position, **prior experience in Export FMCG (food & beverage) would be an advantage**.
- Working knowledge and prior regional exposure to Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, or America is clearly a plus (at least one regional market)
- Strong business acumen, experience in managing an export base business operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within your network.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure within target.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- **Applicant must be willing to work in Driyorejo, Gresik and also willing to do business travel or relocate in his/her target market.**

**Salary**: From Rp7,300,000 per month
