**ExxonMobil Cepu Limited (EMCL)**:
It represents the company's presence in Indonesia's upstream oil and gas industry. We have delivered more than 550 million barrels of cumulative crude oil production from Cepu Block through safe, reliable, and efficient production operations.
**PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia (PT EMLI)**
It represents ExxonMobil's downstream presence in lubricants, chemicals, and fuels businesses in the country. PT EMLI had successfully entered the fuels market for industrial and commercial customers in 2016. Our chemical business also supports the pandemic response in Indonesia. ExxonMobil has also acquired PT Federal Karyatama (FKT), one of Indonesia's largest manufacturers and marketers of automotive lubricants, in 2018.
In collaboration with Pertamina, ExxonMobil signs several agreement toward Indonesia's low carbon future, assessing the prospect of large-scale implementation of low-carbon technologies and the development of a regional Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Hub to support Indonesia's 2060 net-zero ambition.
**What will you do**:
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- Lead Cepu Production Operations (CPO) Field Public and Government Affairs Organization. Represent the company to promote community awareness of company positions, policies, activities and projects through appropriate communication with local stakeholders in order to protect ExxonMobil's image, reputation and corporate general interest and the company's valuable relationship with the community, media and local/regional/provincial government in Central/East Java Province.
- Public and Government Affairs Point of Contact for site-level operations teams. Ensure P&GA efforts to support site operations activities including managing relationships with local government officials and influencers, communicating company activities to stakeholders, managing local external expectations and grievance management by virtue of socialization activities and implementing appropriate community investment, and integrated communications and media programs.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- P&GA Management representative in Cepu Production Operations (CPO) leadership team.
- Coordinate with P&GA clients on operations activities and deliver company message/updates through local press and contact with community, NGOs/CBOs and business groups.
- Lead Field P&GA Organization to provide P&GA support to field operations and clients. Including managing daily departmental activities and Identify and analyze any potential socio-economic turmoil impactful to CPO operations and prepare the mitigation plan.
- Advise field management on current/potential issues that impacts or involves ExxonMobil operations or its employees and contractors.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders - government, community, media, NGO, CBO - on behalf of EMCL Field Management.
- Develop annual Community Relations/Strategic Community Investment plans for projects/programs directly linked to business objectives and develop external relations plan to support business lines
**About you**:
**Skills & qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Relations, or related field required; MBA or law degree preferred.
- More than 12 years experiences in the industry includes minimum 3 years experiences in the managerial level in socio-economic.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong government contacts at local and nation levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
