Ey Law - Senior Consultant

Job description:

- Providing support for EY Law's Manager, Associate Partner and Partner in preparing, revising and finalizing legal documents (legal due diligence, legal advisory, various agreements, working papers, etc.);
- Work with and coordinate staffs/associates in ensuring the deliverables are completed within the deadlines;
- Participating in any meeting with client by ensure the supporting materials for meeting and/or taking any reports/memos to the meeting;
- Proactively contribute to the EY Law's team and ensure the comprehensive understanding within the team members.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor of Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university;
- PQE >2 years (law firm is preferred, but not mandatory);
- Good analytical skills, problem solving and result oriented;
- Easily adapting into a new environment
- Fluent English communication skill (both verbal and written).
