Mirroring the entrepreneurial business model, we design and customize training and advisory solutions to support our Customers' Success to generate revenue for ATCEN to benefit the Team.**(Travelling Required)****Job Description**:**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Conduct training at outlets- Involve in team building activity for restaurant team.- Review food preparation process flow at outlet- Manage the yearly training calendar to ensure all trainings planned are conducted.- Prepare training report for all training conducted by Training Centre.- Manage standard Quality food and improve training process and material.**SPECIAL SKILLS**:- Like to meet people, outgoing, good- interpersonal skill and motivates people around.- Team player and fast learner with good communication both verbal and written.- Possess own transport, willing to travel and seeking challenging working environment.- Good leadership with excellent interpersonal skill.- Highly proactive, self-motivated, passionate and committed at work of F&B environment.- Possess positive analytical and critical thinking in trouble-shooting.- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia in verbal and written communication.**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred in F&B retail- Train the Trainer will be in Malaysia.- Applicants must be willing to travel nationwide- Willing to travel extensively with own car.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 9 months**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,900,000 per month**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa Indonesia (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Jakarta (required)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 04/15/2024Expected Start Date: 05/15/2024
