**Requirements**:- Minimum over 2 years experience in Food and beverage Research and development- Super creative and has the ability to think outside the box in forming new idea- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences in the food and beverage industry.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse team- Placement in Cengkareng, West Jakarta**Responsibility**:- Developing new innovative F&B product concepts and ideas based on market trend research and consumer insights.- Testing and evaluating products to ensure they meet quality, taste, and performance standards.- Managing budgets and ensuring that the F&B product development are completed on time and within budget range- Tracking and managing product development projects, regularly reporting development status and making recommendations for action**Salary**: From Rp6,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- How many years of F&B Industry experience do you have?**Experience**:- R&D Product: 2 years (required)
