Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items. To take food and beverage orders and serve them according to the established service sequence. Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up. To provide a friendly, courteous, professional service and ensure guests satisfaction at all times.
