As Pasxcel's Paid Advertising Specialist, you generate leads through Facebook Ads.
The ability to generate leads through others channels, including Google, and Youtube is an added advantage.
The role:
- Craft persuasive copywriting for ads.
- Ideate creatives that will be needed for paid ads on FB, IG, and Youtube.
(Creation will be done by in-house designers and video editors)
- To manage budget ads spent and prepare performance reports.
- Perform continuous qualitative and quantitative analysis of data, trends, and competitors to identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
- Conduct audience segmentation, a/b testing, and conversion rate optimization for all running campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc., is an added advantage.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) while identifying new KPIs to grow revenue from acquisition channels.
**Requirements**:
- Required skill(s): Facebook Ads / Business Manager,
- Required language(s): English & Malay.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Analytics would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital ads campaign management.
- Being Google Certified across Search and Display with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate is added advantage.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Have great attention to detail & strong organizational and planning skills
**Salary**: RM3500 - RM4500
