Help Desk and Customer request management;
Facilities data collection and reporting;
Ensure that statutory compliance is adhered to and that relevant certificates and periodic inspections are conducted;
Provision of various management information such as space utilization; cleaning standard survey; user satisfaction survey;
Vendor management;
Seat Management/Seat Allocation;
Minor move management and minor works support;
Fixed Assets Management for facilities related assets, where applicable;
Meeting Room support services for meeting, training and conference rooms within the premises.

Landlord and tenancy support matters
Act as the single point of contact for the finance and administration
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the client's business and the implications for JLL's service delivery.
Liaise with the respective parties in finance related activity.
Establish consistency in the monthly reporting in the country for finance figure

Finance Admin and Receptionist
under the direction of the Local Manager oversee, supervise and manage the following services:
Help Desk and Customer request management;
Manage Receptionist activities, switchboard and guest handling
Facilities data collection and reporting;
Meeting Room support services for meeting, training and conference rooms within the premises;
Support to create budgets OPEX and CAPEX
Liaising with Finance Manager, Manage overall financial status of contractual between JLL and client, ie billings, accrual, ect.
Prepare, create PO and GR
Coordinate with relevant vendor on PO and invoices related
Manage all finance and documentation filing
Coordinate with line manage in performing site duties
