Facility Development Analyst (Expo Dreamfest)

Analyze business unit plans related to potential for additional branches and collect data related to potential locations for business expansion
- Make recommendation for branch design development concepts (layout, review, interior and exterior design) and standardize costs
- Conduct market research and field surveys with facility development and HSE to ensure the location of land, buildings, and facility readiness and observe demographics, environment and location
- Compare analysis of three potential locations
- Make feasibility study and timeline of acquisition and development of distribution channels
- Analyze disposal plan of land or building and evaluate the use of land and building assets utilization
- Analyze prospective buyers and manage meetings with sales committee

Requirements:_**
- Having at least 2 year(s) experience in Channel Development, Facility Development, or Market & Business Study
- Having expertise in finance, feasibility study, market study
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skill, and initiavite
- Placement in North Jakarta
