Facility Maintenance & Hse Officer

People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Planning for all maintenance activities and facilities readiness required by office operations
- Create maintenance & facility work program as well as the implementation
- Analyze preventive & corrective maintenance reports
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
- Completes maintenance and repair records as required
- Act as a HSE officer and implement safety maintenance program
- Act as a compliance to HSE regulation by submitting P2K3 report to Ministry of Manpower
- Help with ad hoc request related to office matter

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience in HSE/facilities management
- Able to analyze damage and repair equipment
- Have good communication, analytical & problem-solving skill
