- Supporting day-to-day activity for Handling Facility Services, Building and MAE Facilities maintenance.
- Managing Factory Facility, Infrastructure Services, and New Project Development and Renovation.
- Involved GR World/ Regional Activities: IFM, CSTs Activities, Cost Saving
- Doing HSE activity through Safety Meeting & Gemba Walk, Electrical Safety, Nearmis Activity
- Manage Security Services (SES) and Security Governance with PS/PSO, C/AUP13,
- Handling of Hazardous Material, and Handling of Hazardous Waste and Nonhazardous material, Waste Water Control, UKL/UPL Inspection and Commercial Process.
- Develop and Maintain of HSE Management System and Quality Management System, such as Bosch Process Compass, IATF, ISO14001/ ISO45001/ SMK3 (P2K3)
- Compliance Control for HSE Legal Requirement, Industrial estate Regulation and Customer Need.
- FCM/ HSE/ SES Reporting of activities (Daily, Monthly, Planned Activities) and summarizing KPI & KPR achievement of each process.
**Qualifications**
- University graduated (S-1) from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Factory Facility Infrastructure, Security Services and HSE Topics.
- Willing to work from office (WFO) at Cikarang Factory
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
- Willing and eager to learn about new things
- Able to handle multitasking work, pro-active, fast learner, and quick response.
