Their vision is to become world class company that grows with society and is the pride of our country and to create continuous growth in the natural resources based industry that adds value to all stakeholders through good governance.Job Responsibilities:- Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members- Run routine maintenance inspections- Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation- Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures- Support maintenance and installment work as neededKey Requirements:- Min 10 years in Facility management in mininum 4 star hotel- At least 5 years at a managerial level with proven experience leading, growing and developing a team- Strong in facility maintenance- Experienced in Handle well known hotelsCall for Action
