Factory General Manager / Factory Deputy General

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the day-to-day operations of the plant
- Manage the production schedule, delivery and production in the plant, and expand production capacity to reduce costs
- Drive the planning and management of production and product development to meet with customer's requirement and on-time delivery
- Ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness through optimum cost control and maximize manpower
- Streamline the manufacturing process so as to produce high quality product

Requirement:
- High Diploma or above in clothing/têxtile or related discipline
- Over 10 years working experience in the garment factory, with minimum 5 years management experience in large & medium-sized factory
- Solid knowledge/skill in woven outerwear / sports outerwear / technical outerwear
- Familiar with business laws and regulations in Indonesia, including tax, customs and labor laws;
- Six sigma or lean certification with good planning skills in production materials, capacity and resources;
- Mature, strong leadership, problem solver and good communication skill
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
- Station in Bandung, Indonesia
