Factory Management & Quality Advisor - Rubber

Persyaratan

Hold minimum Bachelor's degree.

At least 5 years experience as Production Engineering with more than Assistant Manager level in Japanese Manufacturing company (Understanding 5S, ISO, Kaizen project).

Willing to stay in Sumatra.

Business level English.

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer.

Experienced in Rubber industry or other Chemical industry.

Stable career.

Familiar with Sumatra culture.

Tanggung Jawab

Understanding company's direction related production and quality.

Finding solution for issues and making improvement plan for project as solution.

Communicate with each Factory Manager/QC/Manufacturing division and find problems and solutions (Urge KAIZEN).

Visit factory (Palembang & Jambi).

Visit Jakarta 1-2 weeks per month.

Report to Japanese.

Other related tasks as assigned.
