Factory Manager For Chemical And Electronic

Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production processes
Supervise and coordinate manufacturing activities, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Manage and maintain PCB machine and other machines to ensure optimal functionality
Implement and enforce safety regulations to create a secure working environment.
Design workflow of coil center efficiently
Reduce cost and material usage
Control waste
Ability to think out of the box for recycling of unwanted materials
Quality control of product
Ensure that products are delivery to customer on time
Good communication skills to be able to deal with technical support with the customers

**Salary**: From Rp10,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Factory manager: 5 years (preferred)
