Factory Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for establishing and improving the production management system, reviewing departmental production plans, and ensuring the completion of production tasks through control and supervision.

2. Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts to increase per capita output.

3. Overall responsibility for inspecting, supervising, and guiding subordinate departments to improve work performance and optimize workflow processes.

4. Improving production efficiency, reducing production costs, and enhancing inventory turnover.

5. Implementing safety management measures and improving working conditions.

6. Handling production issues, ensuring local supply chain security, maintaining government relations, and overseeing overall operational management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Over 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, with preference for experience in the production management of electric meter and water meter manufacturing.

3. Strong resilience under pressure, with preference for experience in building factories from scratch.

4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to conduct business communication and negotiations without barriers.
