Make an effective production strategy or planning, starting from the part preparation to finishing, according to the production plan received from PPIC
Analyzing the production capacity that can be accommodated or carried out by each part in the Processing Department to maintain flow or flow production and maintain the effectiveness of each part sales team daily
Conduct an analysis of the problems that occur and hinder the smooth running production process, find the best solution, and make decisions for resolution of the problem and increasing
