Fashion Buyer

**Responsibilities**
- Doing the research for producing the concepts idea for the next collection, analyzing key color trends, fabric and key items.
- Presenting to the Manager and the Creative Director all the concepts idea for next collection plan, preparing _Mood Boards_ and _Working Sheet._
- Follow-up Designs and Samples of New Products Development to the Vendor.
- Make sure the pattern and samples is corresponding well with the _Working Sheet._
- Reviewing, analyzing and including fitting all the samples, then do the presentation to all new samples development to the Manager and Creative Director.
- Managing all the_Working Instruction_ document are being ordered, and match the collection plan.
- Overseeing the production timeline to match the collection plan in terms of both time and quality.
- Work closely with Merchandiser Analyst, Sales & Marketing, Buying and Merchandiser Production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure items suit the customer, market and price points.
- Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.
- Managing design process from conception through to final Products and also assist the photoshoot for styling.

**Qualifications**
- Having a minimum Diploma for Fashion Design
- At least 2 years of working in the related field is required
- Highly interested in womenswear
- Ability in using Adobe Creative Suites
- High-spirited person, able to work in a team with good, honest and discipline
- Should have creative problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have a willingness to grow
- Willing to WFO in **Sentul (Bogor)**
