- Chinese Speaker (Able to speak Chinese)
- Bachelor Degree with strong passion in social commerce and marketing strategy
- GPA equivalent of 3.00 or above
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin
- Understand user preferences and trends, can formulate and implement effective brand strategies and plans, and increase the exposure and awareness of brands on TikTok
- Able to monitor and evaluate the performance of brands on TikTok through TikTok platform data analysis tools, and adjust and optimize brand strategies and activities in a timely manner.
- Have excellent communication and coordination with internal teams and TikTok platform partners, and promote the smooth implementation of brand activities
- Have experience in brand operations on TikTok or other social media platforms, understand industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media marketing
- High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business
- Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Strong feeling of responsibility
