Feedstock Manager

Ringkasan Fungsi:
This position is responsible to executes raw materials contracts specific areas in close collaboration with Regional Raw Materials Purchasing Manager. Besides that, this position will need to oversees plans and budgets to manage cost of feedstock according to terms of contracts and supervise the efficient transportation and distribution of raw materials accodring to country plant locations.

Tanggung Jawab:

- By implementing execution of contracts and manages procurement program between raw materials suppliers and country manufacturing facilities
- Manages cost of feedstock according to terms of contract(s). Works with material and planning managers to coordinate supply raw materials without incurring excess cost
- Ensures raw material is moved in a safe and expedient manner to the country's manufacturing locations. Resolves escalated issues involving raw materials transportation and delivery plans
- Participates in the negotiation of country raw materials supply contracts alongside regional Raw Materials Purchasing Manager
- Establishes and maintains positive business relationships with suppliers and country's manufacturing facilities' management team

Persyaratan:

- Solid knowledge of specialized materials purchasing techniques, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of the products and manufacturing processes in the country. Understanding of basic financial principles, particularly as it pertains to cash flow, margins and profitability
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Inter-personal skills in order to interface and maintain business relationships with key supplies
