**Responsibilities**:
- Direct visit collections to debtors with minimum 12 accounts/day
- Daily updating collection platform/management system or debtors list and securing information for administrative services to the system
- Negotiating and establishing good relationships with debtors
- Ensure that every debtors makes a payment according to the bill listed in the system
- Maintain and increase daily productivity in accordance with the set targets
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experiences in Field Collection area from banking/ financial services company
- Have a motorcycle and a valid driving license
- Preferably domiciled in Jakarta area and have good knowledge about surrounding areas
- Experienced in managing delinquency bucket: early, medium, late delinquent account
- Strong people management, communication, and team player- Strong negotiator and able to work under pressure
