Contract duration: 20 months- **Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required** Job Specific Knowledge:- Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.- Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously- High level of customer focus- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ensure the project scope is clear and that changes to scope comply with project change management processes- Assist with and if required prepare project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules- Conduct or contribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions- If required, prepare and/or oversee the production of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports- Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures- Aid and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.- For example, write requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations and write purchase orders.Industry Specific Experience:- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience a Field Engineer or similar role.- Prior experience in mining industry and/or resources industry is advantageousEducation - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training (minimum):- Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation)HSE Capability:- Have the experience and skills to set the standard and drive the rest of the team to excel in HSEIT Skills:- Competent in relevant Microsoft Office software- Familiarity with project management software tools is an advantage.People Skills:- Excellent communication skills.- Work as part of a multi-discipline team.Other:- Broad understanding of the mining and construction scene in Indonesia- Well-connected in the industry**Specific Accountabilities**This section is provided to enable more information about the position (that has not been captured above) to be inserted.
