PersyaratanBachelor's degree in Telecommunication or Computer EngineeringHave a min. 4 years working experience for OSP fiber optic projects in the telecommunication area and at least 2 years working experience for project management.Understand English and local language, proficiency in English communication.Having personal vehicleStrong communication skills, good sense of teamwork and strong organization and coordination skills.Understanding of Fiber Optic Project OSP supervision proceduresKnowing and understanding the OSP Fiber Optic design packWilling to be placed in a project anywhere in Indonesia. Tanggung JawabResponsible for OSP Backbone FO progress and quality monitoring in project.Responsible for giving instruction and training to OSP FO implementation teamSupervise partners/vendors on the implementation of OSP Fiber Optic Project work to comply with OSH procedures and safety.Ensure that the implementation of the work is in accordance with the design pack and As Plan Drawing, make CR if needed.Communicating and negotiating with related parties if there are obstacles to implementation in the field.Make daily, weekly, and monthly documentation and reports for the ongoing OSP Fiber Optic Project in accordance with a predetermined report format.Carry out an opname survey of partners/vendors when the work has been completed in accordance with the actual quantity of the field and is poured into the partner/vendor opname document.Understand and can analysis of optical core managementConduct regular visits to all sites to check infrastructure and physical fiber optic network / network (In side & Out side Plan)Mediate between vendors/contractors and outside parties regarding Permit or problems and obstacles at the site or fieldAble to use OTDR / OPM / OFI and All Measurement Network Tools and understand basic optical network (Cabling, OTB - Optical Termination Box, Splitter, Enclosure, etc) Wired Network (UTP/Coaxial/etc)Willing to work day or night to supervise vendor.
