Field Loan Recovery Supervisor

**General Overview**

The Field Coordinator (Loan Recovery) supports and supervises Collection Team activities, coaches and direct them to achieve collection targets on the field.
This role will report directly to the Area Manager.
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Identify analyze main roots causing loan accounts fall overdue set recovery target, priority; strategies effectively solve those overdue loan accounts ini all operation area
- Manage control matters to delinquent loan accounts regularly constantly execute collections those delinquent loan accounts on recovery policies procedures
- Prepare regular reports status collections home/business visits the overdue loan partners/clients related line supervisors daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis
- Prepare regular reports status collections home/business visits the overdue loan partners/clients related line supervisors daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis
- Building good relation with Local Government (Like Kelurahan, Kecamatan & Polsek or Polres) to ensure smooth recovery process on the area.
- Supervise, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of collection functions and processes.
**Requirements**:

- Willing to be placed in Central Java Area
- 2-3 years of experience as Supervisor Collection on Financing or Banking Industry
- Target achievement oriented and data driven
- Comfortable working mobile and travelling.
- Demonstrate leadership skill and team management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have an good connection with local government and police on placement area
- Fluent in both local language and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to speak English is Mandatory
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms. Excel and Google Sheets.
