Field Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

1. Supporting Region Operations Network and Business Support of MS Project in utilizing resource from talent, project delivery and tools digitalization.

2. In charge of Region MS Project resource management, development such as managing talent's personal business commitment, talent's mobilization plan and organizational climate improvement.

3. Handling various operation issues in Region area, including determining the future of the workforce and provide strategic solution in term of balancing between labor supply and demand that support MS Project's Goals.

4. In charge of providing strategic thinking and daily work weekly/biweekly report in the managed region area to ensure service stability and delivery.

5. Communicate with field team in related region to manage delivery team.

6. Handle Region delivery assurance KPI within service SLAs standard.

7. Experienced in self problem solving, reporting, and escalation in Region Area to related upper management.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT), or any related Engineering Major.

2. Has similar experience min. 3 years

3. Good analytical skills, detail-oriented strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts

4. Good communication skills, team player, basic mobile communication knowledge.

5. Discipline, innovative, willing to work under pressure strong analytical skills.

6. Strong language skill in Bahasa and English.
