Have experience in a similar position and industry for at least 3 years

Minimum education D3 in civil engineering or other related major

Strong ability and experience as field supervisor and coordinator. Preferably from the construction industry, warehousing property, etc.

Have good leadership and managerial skills, able to improve team performance and development.

Likes outdoor work, communicates, and coordinates effectively with field staff or workers.

Have a strong ability to carry out analysis and be able to solve existing problems when working under pressure.

**Job Descriptions**:
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of area public facilities, such as roads and road shoulders, drainage, street lights, etc.

Manage field projects, such as operational excavators for land cleansing, and backfill activities up to the final stage, repairing damaged roads, including road shoulders.

Operation of gas stations (part of the area) in accordance with procedures established by the company and maintaining relations with Pertamina. Ensure the operation of the main water pump runs well, anticipate problems, and take necessary troubleshooting actions.

Responsible for the inquiry and complaint process from tenants via CS communication channels. Maintain relationships with tenants, and ensure a good and measurable response rate.

Coordinate regional security, monitor security activities, ensure procedures are running at checkpoints at 3-4 security posts throughout the area, and provide assessments and input on security performance to related parties and to superiors.
