Field Marketer - Central Java

Roles and responsibilities
- Execute and complete Offline Growth activities within regency
- Conducting preliminary research and survey before activity execution
- Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used for growth-related activities
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venue, and supervise the activities run by externals
- Knowing the needs and expectations of consumers.
Promote business expansion opportunities to shareholders (Key farmer, Head of village, Dinas, etc) through successful field growth activities
- Attend Users Community meeting and support the activities by Community
- Monitor trends and activities in the region and propose initiatives
- Track growth expenses in the field
- Report on an activity basis the status of field growth activities
- Documentation - Testimony, Photo, Video shooting
- Record and compile product feedback from Users
- Support various other growth activities as needed

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma - preferably from business or event management background (likely a degree in Business / Management / Marketing / Communications)
- Digital savvy (comfortable with smartphone, google sheets, google docs, slack etc.)
- Have an experience as a sales/marketing in a rural area
- Have an experience in interacting with people in rural area (Expected to fluent in using local language)
- Experience in creating offline and online event
- Have a basic understanding of the use of camera or any other documentation tools

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
