The Role
- Leading global mobile technology organization
- Exciting Customer Marketing lead role to implement field marketing initiatives in the region

Ericsson is looking for a Customer Marketing country lead based in Jakarta, Indonesia who is experienced in building lasting customer relationships and passionate about delivering strategic, significant and outstanding customer experiences.
You will plan, implement, and drive coordinated customer engagement marketing programs for Ericsson within Indonesia while gaining exposure and involvement with exciting Marketing related projects across the broader region.
You will be required to understand mobile operator customer needs and how Ericsson best can support their success and customer experience.
You will adapt global and regional content, using this as a platform to engage our telecom operator customers in Indonesia.
You would lead these engagements together with our technical & account teams.
You will also plan and drive customer events - with support from the sales, product & technology teams.
**In this role, you will**:

- Develop marketing plans to accelerate customer understanding of Ericsson solutions
- Participate in sales and marketing account planning to share market insights with the sales team
- Analyze our strategic customer accounts from market, customer and competitor perspectives
- Develop & lead execution of strategic Account Based Marketing plans & programs, including a coordinated approach to digital and other customer engagements
- Plan and complete customer events, workshops and activities based on global campaigns activation plans and local business priorities
- Drive customer engagements and build impactful customer experiences
- Provide input on account marketing content needs
- Work closely with the KAM and sales team to increase the number of engaged leads and lead conversion
- Take initiative to build positive relationships between Ericsson and the customer's marketing organization
- Working with global Business Areas to develop and deliver customer marketing content in alignment with business priorities at a customer & market level

**Requirements**:

- Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent degree from any reputed University
- 8 years plus experience in relevant field including product, customer, strategic and/or field marketing
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Understanding of end customer trends & behavior, across both B2B and B2C markets
- Excellent written and verbal with strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level
- Experience engaging & working in unison with sales & customer account teams
- Proven experience across telecoms and/or IT
- Previous sales, commercial management and/or strategic consulting experience also viewed favourably, ideally coupled with B2B marketing experience listed above
- Negotiations and value argumentation skills (customer/brand/portfolio)
- Strategic marketing & customer engagement capability
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Project management - particularly being able to lead stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capability
- ICT industry knowledge
- Strong presentation & communication skills and strong commercial & customer focus
