Field Operation Cpo Expert

**Requirements**:

- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Mining), Chemistry or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 year experiences as CPO Expert or similar position in the same industry field.
- Experienced in Agriculture preferable CPO area is required for this position.
- Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Making good relationship with clients and proficient in complaint handling.
- Neat, detail-oriented and perform teamwork spirit.
- Work Location **:Head Office, West Jakarta.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Client relationship management and maintain good communication, also responsible for any complaints.
- Assess and do the evaluation from the results of the data testing analysis (COA / ROA) and coordinate with laboratory teams.
- Creating related strategy and effective solutions to finished related technical problems.
- Able to create an identification related to the surveyor training needs to increase team competencies / developments.
- Maintain and develop skills and qualifications needed
- Creating any reports related to the client needs and/or projects (periodically).

**Experience**:

- CPO Expert: 5 years (required)
