Field Quality Supervisor

**Description**:

- Assist Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to manage the work in the Field related Quality inspection and reporting such as Isolation Inspection Report, Rouging and Pre-condition Inspection Report, Detasseling Inspection Report, and Male Cutting Inspection Report. And also follow up for Field Irregularity Report, Notification Decision Report and Improvement Action Plant if any irregularity happens in Isolation and Detasseling (Non-Conformance).
- Coordinate and manage Field Inspector (FI) to ensure completing of seed field inspection and audit (Quality and Agronomy) in timely manner and accordance to Procedures, Manual, and Work Instructions.
- Provide training and expertise support to FI, VC and Detasseling broker with close coordination with field operation (Area Coordinator, Field Supervisor, Territory Production Lead and FM).
- Done supervision to FI, in order to have high field status accuracy. And give support and recommendation status and action plan for isolation and detasseling case in the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Field Quality Inspection Knowledge
- Computer skill (MS Word, MS Excel)
- English speaking and writing prolificacy.
- Leadership and Management ability
- Ability to drive with a driver's license.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
