Field Researcher - Indonesian Speaker

**Responsibilities**:

- To conduct a customer satisfaction survey over the phone
- To record answers / comments with accuracy and in complete sentences
- Briefing and training is provided

**Job Requirements**
- Age between 21 to 40 years old
- No working experience is required and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to speak and read fluently in BAHASA INDONESIA & ENGLISH
- Good in communication skills
- No fear of talking to strangers on the phone
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability and willingness to comprehend and follow instructions
- Good listening and comprehending abilities are required for accurately recording information
- Able to commit from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
