Field Sales

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 2 years experience as a salesperson, field-based, direct-selling target oriented, covering Purwakarta, Subang, Kab. Bandung Barat
- Have a valid SIM C and willing to drive a motorcycle to support mobility
- Experience as a sales supervisor in targeted cities with good understanding of local market. Ideally is a Purwakarta native.
- Familiarity with working using Excel / Google Sheet

**Job Desc**:

- Daily Visit Mex/agent Kios total 25 Agent per day
- Daily Push Linked Bank and Transaction Mex 10 per day
- Maintain Existing and new agent to be active and productive
- Education to all segment agent on area focus y online or offline
- Update Competitor activity and price market
- Create a local program or initiative program to get optimal revenue and GMV
- Daily report to the leader about the day activity area
- Growth Agent active Revenue and GMV area focus
- Lead the tim under Area Focus to be performed by KPI and target
- Maintainance Reguler or agent kios on area focus
- Daily and update report to lead area all about competitor or ach the tim
- Create a local program to push transaction or GMV on area focus
