Field Sales - Jakarta

**Requirements**:

- Good sales skill
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Having a minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
- Experience on handling community selling
- Expert in the area focus
- Willing and commit on field sales and high mobility
- Minimum education SMK with strong related experience (not open for FG)

**Job Desc**:

- Focus managing communities to increase the acquisition & retention
- Daily push linked Bank and transaction Mex 10 per day
- Maintain existing and new agent to be active and productive
- Education to all segment agent on area focus both online or offline
- Update competitor activity and price market
- Create local program or initiative program to get optimal revenue and GMV
- Daily report to leader about the day activity area
- Grow agent active revenue and GMV area focus
- Lead the team under area focus to reach KPI and target
- Regular maintenance of Kios' agents in area focus
- Daily update and report to lead area all about competitor
- Create local program to push transaction or GMV on area focus
