Field Sales Supervisor - Freight Forwarding

Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing/Logistic Transportation.

Business level English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding as Sales, at least 3 years handling Ocean Freight.

Sufficient business acumen with the ability to analyze abstract, multifaceted problems and influence decisions.

Computer savvy (MS Office, and other relevant tools).

Able to work under pressure, good problem solving skill and good interpersonal skill.

Develop business by gaining customers.

Develop customer expectations and identifying those needs to local, regional or global management.

Manage relationships with customers.

Do sales calls, and visits if necessary.

Understand opportunities for locally controlled business and leads for overseas controlled business.

Deliver results (revenue, volume, GP & DSO/AR as relevant).

Ensure successful business development planning and the implementation of local business opportunities, from initial opportunity creation to establishment of stable operations.
