As a Field Service Engineer for Electrification business, you will be executing service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be delivering quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB. Reporting to Field Service Coordinator, you will be assisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs (provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours, etc.). This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performing field service tasks, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work according to customer order and expectation
- Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experiences and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations
- While on-site, work with the customer to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points
- Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. utilize all relevant tools
- Troubleshooting equipment/process failures and requests proactive corrective actions and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future
- Proactively planning and executing work on a first-time right approach with customers and ensures the job is done on time and on quality
- Identifying improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering
- Installation and commissioning of low voltage and medium voltage switchgear with good understanding of international and local standard and safety standard
- Familiar with operation of tools and test equipment for site activity installation and testing
- Good understanding of low and medium voltage switchgear and its components builder, operation and setting and programing. Skilled for trouble shooting and analysis, reporting and escalation for solution
