Join us as a Field Service Engineer for the Motion Service Business area where you will be providing technical specialist and expertise to support and assist LABB to perform technical and engineering duties. This position reports to the Operation Manager and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Being responsible for commissioning, repairing and maintenance of ABB Drive products installed in the customer's field
- Preparing the service reports such as work and time sheet report, work completion report and records that are necessary for the quality of service
- Providing the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition
- Performing site works following service plan according to ABB's technical, commercial, and health & safety standards
- Maintaining the expertise and technical skill through training, personal development, workshops, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Providing technical support for service and product sales during pre-sales activities to perform not limited to site survey and technical clarification
**Your background**:
- Minimum Diploma 3 or Polytechnic from reputable University preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Fresh graduate preferably with minimum one year experience in field service or Industrial Engineering field
- Knowledge & experience on PLC programming and working experience in Drives/Inverter products/system
- Knowledge in MS Office programs
- Action oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team work oriented, customer and market orientation, innovative, problem solving
- Willingness to travel
- Good command of written and spoken English
