The Field Service Superintendent position is to supervise all maintenance activities and personnel allocated to the Liebherr Team at Site.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist to achieve agreed KPI of Customer Service Support operational activities onsite.
- Ensure high standard of workmanship at all times.
- Ensure all maintenance strategies are carried out appropriately and consistently.
- Colaborate with Planning Team to ensure all tasks are effective planned, scheduled and executed according to the plan.
- Colaborate with HSE Team to ensure that all mining safety rules and procedures are strictly implemented.
- Collaborate with the HSE team to develop and review procedures, identify hazards and work instructions related to the Customer Service Support Department
- Develop specific action plans to address Customer Service Support safety performance.
- Assist the team with appropriate methods when repetitive technical issues raise.
- Ensure sub-ordinate's development programs run sustainably.
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly operational/technical meeting with customer.
- Actively lead and colaborate with customer on reliability and continuous improvement program related to technical or operational issue.
- Keep Project Manager informed and up to date on all significant operational issue.

- Degree in Bachelor of Engineering or related professional qualification.
