Create strategy and develop the area of business
- Ensure day to day the business process works well
- Manage and handle operational issue (Supply and Demand)
- Built a good communication and maintain engagement with stakeholder partnership
- Analyze and make weekly report about performance metrics1.

**Requirements**:

- S1 from any Major
- ?Min. 1 year work experience in field transport operations is preferable.
- Proficiency in handling field operations, people & stakeholder management with strong organizational skills.
- ?Familiar with Google Office (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slide).
- Ability to work as part of a team, highly motivated and deliver extra.
